About the Treeblock Elves

Although the TREE BLOCK  Elves ™  have been rumoured to inhabit the Forests of Europe for generations it was not until 1996 that their first wood toys appeared for sale. Since then their real wooden toys, wooden blocks, tree houses and wooden dolls have been manufactured and sold around the world.

The TREE BLOCK Elves have a simple aim, to provide fun and learning wooden toys produced in a socially and ecologically responsible way. The TREE BLOCK Elves  produce children's wooden toys and products with unique shapes to fascinate children and adults alike.

 The TREE BLOCK Elves also take nature and the environment very serious and for example ensure no living tree is harmed to produce any Tree Blocks.With all other wooden toys and products sold being produced from “well managed” forests adhering to strict environmental and socioeconomic standards in accordance with the Principles and Criteria of the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC).

In relation to the TREE BLOCK Elves own Tree Houses, Apple Cherry, Hazelnut and other orchard trees that have been abandoned or are near the end of a productive cycle are located by the TREE BLOCK Elves, they then push the old trees over, thereby removing the roots to make more Tree Houses. This leaves the farmer clean soil, so he can be back into production.

Most objects we touch are mass-produced and uniform the TREE BLOCK Elves  make and supply wooden products that allow us to feel and revere nature.
