Consequently we will happily refund all monies to you, if you decide not to proceed with your purchase up to any time before shipping or replace the product if it is faulty or damaged upon delivery. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

All our items are fully insured against damage during delivery. Treeblocks.co.uk will replace any item you receive that is damaged on receipt as long as any damage is reported within 48 hours of receipt. If in the unlikely event an item is damaged during transit please contact us within 48 Hours of you receiving them and then follow the returns procedure below.

Under the terms of The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 7 working days, beginning the day after you receive your order. Notice of cancellation must be given by writing to us at the address shown on this website. The order must be returned unopened in reasonable condition suitable for resale, and the cost of returning goods must be met by the customer.

On cancellation of your order and receipt of your goods in reasonable condition, we will reimburse any sum you have paid within 30 days, less any postage costs or charge for the direct costs of recovering your order if the cost of returning the goods has been met by Treeblocks.co.uk (this will not apply to the cost of recovering goods which were supplied as substitutes for the goods originally ordered by the consumer).

Treeblocks.co.uk provide a full refund or replace service for faulty or defective goods. If your goods are defective or faulty in any way, you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt by calling the number below or by the feedback form. You will be entitled to a substitute item subject to availability or a refund. The cost of returning faulty goods will be met by Treeblocks.co.uk, and we will normally arrange collection from your premises by our carrier. Returned faulty goods must be packaged in suitable condition.
